Pastor Daniel shares a lesson he taught for his CGN (Calvary Global Network) cohort and their fall focus on the subject of sustaining a healthy rhythm in ministry. In this lesson, he talks about what it means to apply a work/life balance in our lives as pastors and ministry leaders. This is essential to avoid burnout. From Mark 1:35-39, we learn from Jesus’ example how he managed his own time in ministry. Jesus was busy. He was in high demand. How did he balance it all? Jesus shows us—we need to be Spirit-led. "The mind of man plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps." (Proverbs 16:9)
